Helping Rosie Rose To Bloom

There’s nothing we love more than bringing brands or individuals together for a creative collaboration! Not only does a good partnership marketing campaign offer the opportunity to reach new audiences and give your business extra brand credibility, it also provides engaging content that can be used for social media, online and PR.

One of our specialisms is finding and introducing like-minded businesses or personalities that share a natural and authentic synergy. From influencers and bloggers to brands and charities, we’ve seen first hand how effective and powerful these partnerships can be.

We recently started working with Rosie Rose, an independent clothing and homewares shop in Chichester, which opened just before lockdown 1.0. Being closed for the majority of their opening year, it was important to boost local brand awareness as much as possible but in a fun, organic and engaging way.

In the space of just a few short months we’ve partnered with various bloggers, stylists, charities, influencers and businesses on campaigns that have made a measurable difference to the brand’s social engagement rate, website traffic and overall awareness.

In December last year, we teamed up with local personal stylist Vicky Booker to put together a Winter Edit featuring her top picks from their Autumn/Winter clothing collection. We recorded Vicky on her journey around the shop as she chose her favourite items and gave advice on how to wear and style each piece. The videos were used across social media and on the website, resulting in a spike in website traffic and a 50% increase in reach and impressions on social media.

To celebrate and focus on the eclectic range of beautiful homewares at Rosie Rose, we approached a well-regarded interiors blogger who lives locally.

Already a Rosie Rose customer, Maria Jones, otherwise known as The Interior Editor, selected various pieces to style and photograph in her stunning home. She then gave some inspiration and tips behind her selections and ideas on how these pieces could work for others. The results from this campaign were fantastic; with an increase in followers as well as engagement each time Maria shared one of her fabulous styled photos.

Most recently we’ve been working on a Virtual Fashion Show in aid of Stonepillow. With the nation in the midst of another lockdown and charities really feeling the pressure, Rosie Rose wanted to do something that would not only lift spirits but also help raise money for a wonderful local cause. The idea was conceived in January and in the space of a few weeks we had secured an array of fabulous models including local businesswomen and influencers, worked with the team to create a charity collection of clothing and created a video along with all the necessary marketing assets to launch the campaign!

Each model recorded a video of themselves showcasing their outfits from their homes or gardens to ensure no government guidelines were breached. We then recruited the lovely Ranald from Feel Good Films who very kindly worked his magic to weave the videos together and create a virtual fashion show. The CEO of Stonepillow, Hilary Bartle, also contributed to the finished video to help give viewers more information about the work they do supporting and empowering homeless and vulnerable people across the Chichester and Arun districts.

Rosie Rose really embraced the idea and decided to donate 100% of each sale from the charity collection to Stonepillow throughout the month of February. The campaign is still running but already we’ve seen a phenomenal response with a huge spike in engagement and website traffic.

Thank you so much to the models Niki Perry – We Are Blessed, Mariella Fleming – Southend Barns, Monique Eastwood – Eastwood Movement Method, Helen Hoile – Helen Cawte Photography / The Collective, Abby Smith – The Collective, Vicky Booker – Style and Personal Brand Coach and Leila Leach – Grey Tree Developments.

There are more collaborations we’ve worked on for Rosie Rose and plenty in the pipeline too including a fantastic partnership with Miller Homes as well as the wonderful Sophie Crowhurst from The Tidyist. Watch this space…
